My team is fine. They work very hard and we should all be compensated and valued for the work we do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that in a time where all of us sales representatives are risking our lives and putting our roommates/ family members at risk, marketsource fails to compensate employees. They fail to take any precautionary measures. And publically post about only caring about sales goals rather than safety.
