
They learn quickly and understand that goals are not everything.
Transparency. Make it clear there isn't much going on or much to do at work locations.
Again, it's the culture. Leadership needs to stop pressuring us so hard and maybe things will improve.
Understanding that we are HUMAN and that meeting incredibly high expectations is worthy of pay matching the effort.
Understand we cannot possibly meet insanely high sales goals. They need to stop pushing us to push product so hard. It's tiring.
Because I do not feel understood or heard in any capacity. All my concerns are met with 'we'll meet up' and we never discuss it. Leadership silences dissenting voices instead of opening a dialogue.
