I've worked for this company for a few years now, and as an employee I often feel as if the service provided isn't appreciated by the company. The compensation isn't fair with the amount of work provided for guests.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid fairly for work provided. Often we are left to handle guest, cover breaks pretty much run the sales floor, all while handling guest with mobile needs. More work less pay
