
The people are mostly friendly and helpful.
There are a lot of good people at Marsh, just not at the top.
Fairly mediocre. HR is not Marsh's strength, which is odd given that Mercer is a 'People' company.
Appreciate ALL employees and not just those in the C-suite. Stop awarding yourselves exorbitant bonuses and start rewarding those who are doing the actual work.
It's a good team environment, but has little to no support from senior management. Some team leaders are great others not so good. It really is the luck of the draw - unfortunately.
