Learning to mentor and support their team. Turn over is high because loyalty is the lowest I have ever seen.

The compensation to skill and to task is on the low side. Contributions are remembered but not necessarily rewarded.

We are all vey passionate about improving patient outcomes
I really enjoy collaborative nature and high quality of my team mates and of my management.
Alot of equality, yet maintains a high quality of employees
Loyal, communicate well within this level. Try to protect one another from the mciromanaging of inept leadership team.
Communication and push for change. Continuous improvement processes are gradual but always occuring.

Very nice office space, I don't feel pressured into working, and can take many breaks.
A lot of autonomy and the barrier between executives and workers are not thick.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Burn the place down and rebuild with fresh leadership who value the employees, ideas, innovation and patient care.
Management needs to show appreciation for their team.
They really need to get rid of all the leadership from Medtronic and bring back their passionate leaders that they laws due to selfishness
Honesty and integrity needs to be established
Leadership needs to go. And bring in indivudals who have been leaders within ither medical device companies.

Very straight-forward, and doesn't add any stress.
You will meet a director or above level executive to get a feel for the company. But they will grill you a bit.
