We are all vey passionate about improving patient outcomes

I really enjoy collaborative nature and high quality of my team mates and of my management.

Alot of equality, yet maintains a high quality of employees

Loyal, communicate well within this level. Try to protect one another from the mciromanaging of inept leadership team.

Communication and push for change. Continuous improvement processes are gradual but always occuring.
