I get a livable base salary with the opportunity to make a heck of a lot more! But even in months I don't hit the bonuses, I am still comfortable financially.

Working remotely is a huge perk! Additionally, the company has covered our healthcare premiums, which is remarkable in this market.
Free benefits, open lines of communication with managers regarding comp
Free benefit premiums, stock equity, HSA
The stock options I received as a new employee are a big potential upside. We also get fully paid medical for ourselves, and well subsidized for our families.
The best part of my compensation package is the equity grant.
free healthcare, unlimited PTO, in office perks, flexible with WFH
Review from Operations Dept
Employer paid medical benefits for all employees
Stock options and HSA contributions
I find that the stock options are a nice part of the compensation package. The ability to purchase a large share of stock at a reasonable fixed price for a rapidly growing company is a nice perk that is not available everywhere and that will allow me to grow my individual wealth.
Paid competitive cash compensation along with nice equity upside if company succeeds.
When you work hard, the comp plan rewards you. I treat my clients as referrals/repeat business as I want to create a positive experience

unlimited PTO when we need to schedule time off
It is reasonable and I like it

great money if you are willing to put in the work, plus the paid insurance is amazing and also unlimited PTO with no black out dates is unheard of anywhere else.

PTO and paid health care
benefits are the great part

I love how Matic pays for our health insurance and we get stock options.
health insurance is paid for by Matic!

Matic stock ownership for all employees
401k matching would be nice. The options are cool as long as we go public. The high co-pay for benefits force me to wait on some medical issues.
The base pay is about 2 dollars under the market average. The bonus structure is great though.
Bonus structure is too hard to obtain and hourly is too low compared with lack of benefits
Matic has one of the lowest base salarys in the industry. It is laughable and disrespectful. They take advantage of sales agents production and the CEO has created a company that pushes metrics over people. The company also manipulates reviews and opinions of its CEO
I don't receive any benefits for my position
Review from Marketing Dept
I do not think the pay is reflective on inflation, especially with the demanding gas prices and cost of living in Phoenix. While the work culture is incredible, this position requires a lot of your resources and the bonus is not enough when you're looking at a job that pays like, $20-$23/hour.
Review from Sales Dept
They do not pay enough for the amount of business you write.

Managers will downplay any positive performance and will severly focus on one negative attribute in order to keep you in a position of subserviency. The company uses performance improvement plans on almost every agent, which is a sign your expectations are unrealistic and toxic.
Review from Sales Dept
I feel undervalued because in sales it is often only the top agents who get praise. I would feel better if my base salary was higher and life insurance, and disability insurance options were available
Review from Sales Dept
I feel that as a human being and team member that I am valued. But, my hourly rate is too low. This job is very emotionally and mentally draining. I make a little over 17 per hour + commission and it is not enough with gas prices and inflation. I would like to make at least $22 per hour.
