What makes you most happy at work?Finding better policies for customers! They are usually very appreciative of how easy the process is and most importantly that we are able to save them money.
What is the best part about your compensation package?I get a livable base salary with the opportunity to make a heck of a lot more! But even in months I don't hit the bonuses, I am still comfortable financially.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Down to earth, understanding, motivating, I feel comfortable reaching out to ANY of the leaders no matter where they are on the totem pole.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?401k matching would be nice. The options are cool as long as we go public. The high co-pay for benefits force me to wait on some medical issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The base pay is about 2 dollars under the market average. The bonus structure is great though.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Bonus structure is too hard to obtain and hourly is too low compared with lack of benefits
