What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get a livable base salary with the opportunity to make a heck of a lot more! But even in months I don't hit the bonuses, I am still comfortable financially.

Being that we have a lot of sales folk at Matic, everyone is very conversational and people-oriented. It makes it a welcoming environment.

They kept it basically fully in line and never really got off track, and were really understanding and resourceful throughout the interview!

It was a fast process, and the recruiter kept me in the loop the entire time.
I liked being able to meet members of my team, and I thought it was nice my future teammates emailed me to welcome me to the company before I started.
The ability to discuss the role with multiple department heads was fantastic. As a director, I work across our business teams and getting their perspectives helped me understand how best to support other teams.
The interview process is thorough and gives you a chance to meet stakeholders outside of your org that you would be working with most.
What makes you most happy at work?
Finding better policies for customers! They are usually very appreciative of how easy the process is and most importantly that we are able to save them money.
