Leadership is responsible for the negative workplace culture especially with its remote hired. The CEO and executives are directly responsible for tremendous turnover and lack of overall employee satisfaction. The CEO seems to be cold and cares only about moving company public

401k matching would be nice. The options are cool as long as we go public. The high co-pay for benefits force me to wait on some medical issues.
The base pay is about 2 dollars under the market average. The bonus structure is great though.
Bonus structure is too hard to obtain and hourly is too low compared with lack of benefits
Matic has one of the lowest base salarys in the industry. It is laughable and disrespectful. They take advantage of sales agents production and the CEO has created a company that pushes metrics over people. The company also manipulates reviews and opinions of its CEO
I don't receive any benefits for my position

Overall this is a "ME" environment. Small attempts are made to make it seem team oriented but the sales role is nothing but.
Matics co workers are spread across the country. It is a remote environment and no one cares about anyone as its every man and woman for themselves in the sales agency. Messages get no response and coworkers are only focused on themselves
Review from Sales Dept
The fabric and morals of this company need to be destroyed and rebuilt. The companies systems and lack of morals from upper management is the cause of its high turnover, disengagement and weak company culture
The interview process should be more truthful and limit the sugar coating that is done to attract employees
Upper management and directos are purely motivated to go public in order to fatten their wallets. They continue to use their agents as pawns in this financial game of checkers. Company is not profitable and hides the true financial condition of the company from its employees.
Leadership has a sever problem with retaining employees. Instead of fixing problems they continue to hire and AVOID the issues. Not only do sales agents leave but those in other areas are also leaving. The culture of OKRs is obsessive and toxic.
