Very well versed in the ways of the office and principal.
Always available. Knows the ins and outs of what to do best.
How we all support eachother.
The CEO is great. Really enjoyed working with him and the management team.
CEO is wonderful. The work is manic and unstructured. No support by the accounting team.

The 30% bonus payable twice a year.

I don’t feel undervalued in terms of intent, but there are times when my compensation doesn’t fully reflect the scope and impact of my role. Over time, my responsibilities have expanded to include not only my core duties, but also additional strategic and operational work that directly supp

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Clear communication Employees want transparency around decisions, priorities, and changes. Leadership should communicate regularly and explain the “why,” not just the “what.” Managers should give timely feedback and follow through on commitments. Trust and accountability Expectations should
Better communication and benefits. Coworkers are wonderful including CEO.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview was good, fast friendly and fun.
HR was great. Friendly. I feel the may have made the job sound better than it is!
Good conversation and good questions being asked. Family Office space is a very interesting space.
