Kind of brain washing. So much computer work. That's how they mold you. Very back and forth on what is allowed and what isn't allowed. Really pushing this tablet and "new technology" with "mattress matcher" but most people see it's just a gimmick. Greedy company. You are just a number to them.

Getting offered a job when I didn't have one.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating each other really as teammates instead of allowing favorites to accomplish their hidden agendas.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They care about the guests and they care about making a difference. But it's so easy to lose your drive with a company thats turning you into a robot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Long hours. A lot is asked for no really difference in pay. Poor support for angry guests who are furious about return policy fees. As long as mattress firm gets their money they don't care what happens to you and higher ups don't have to deal with it. Numbers are all that matter.
