This company is more concerned about paying all staff who have a C in front of their title ridiculous bonuses that are sickening! John Eck paid himself 40 million and to get the otgers to sign off ask the CFO, COO also got big million! The same year they took bonuses away from the salesforce.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stop making it harder and harder to make money. They've reduced margins/ increased costs/taken away bonuses.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Understand the word diversity it doesn't mean flip the entire opposite direction. Fire a bunch of these people who've been here 10 years and it's the only job they've ever had and now their in charge. Power trips with no overt sight.
