We all are down to earth, everyone gets along and most are able to motivate each other
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
people usually work together, at times there are underhanded associates that steal sales, but overall everyone is fine
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
there is no holiday pay, or overtime . as full time, you usually work 60+ hours WEEKLY at 15 an hour. You do make commission however that depends on your selling skills as well as location you're working
