
When it comes down to it, we are all working towards the same goal, and the majority of people are getting better at recognizing it.

They are extremely dependent, and lack the confidence to make decisions or take ownership. Address issues or concerns as soon as possible rather than complain to others that have no effect.
We tend to ignore certain issues, especially when it comes to personnel that are needed, or need to be gotten rid of. It takes a lot to convince management of the need for either.
