The leadership team, up to our CEO, is well aware of the problems in BMC, yet does nothing about it. Bonnie continues to hurt the company and her employees through her dishonest and cruel behavior.

My direct team will jump in when someone is close to burnout.

There are some very talented and kind people at McKesson. Unforutantely, this behavior is not recognized in the BMC and the good people leave or have no career opportunities as Bonnie Jacobs only promotes those who mirror her behaviors.

Everyone is very nice and friendly

The most positive are the people, some people (employees, not management) really do care and look out for each other. The environment is a different story. We have inconsistent information due to a lack of experience from corporate enforcing rules that don't make sense operationally at a site level.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Faster, more communication to employees, back office teams that dont feel like theyre working against us. Everything. Working here is mentally exhausting

I was familiar with those who interviewed me and it made expressing myself much easier. I was able to answer many questions and nervousness just sort of fell by the wayside.

I cant remwmber after working 2 months and 1 pay which was less than it should have been

Communication with my coworkers and peers.

Learning new ways to take care of business and expanding my perspective. I also look forward to interacting with my team and superiors. They provide so much knowledge and insight. Genuinely happy to be able to work with many bright minds and the culture is very diverse.

There have been customer survey's this year by consultants groups and our customers don't think too highly of us either.

Pressure to be perfect, fast, safe, accurate. You could be fired for 3 mistakes but encouraged to work at break neck speed. Doesn't take into account how much pain your in at the end of the day. You sacrifice health for productivity. Work life balance doesn't exist. Needs of co. are first. Shame

Stop letting good workers go due to the tightening of standards

acquiring companies is a good thing but keeping the employees is one area they need to focus
