How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at McKesson?

What's the IT team like at McKesson?
Management is the worst
Couple of years ago it was a classic bad enterprise IT shop where it was one-size-fits-all, bloated, not customer focused, and in the way of everything technologists were trying to do. But the entire leadership has been changed over the past 18 months and while not perfect, it is a different place. Great collaboration with internal customers, agile is taking hold, lot of really good people. Still work to be done, but it is finally becoming a modern IT org and the "old" thinkers aren't around anymore.

It depends on the office you're at. The corporate office tends to be more "corporate" dress.
What is the PTO policy at McKesson?
PTO is really general at McKesson. We get 11 holidays and you start with 16 days PTO. After 5 years, you're at 23 days and it continues to go up.

What makes you the most proud about working at McKesson?
I no longer work at McKesson and I was never proud of it. The way I got let go was despicable and completely UNPROFESSIONAL. Never again would I recommend ANYONE to work there
