What's the company culture like at McKesson?
That varies by location. It's an old and large company, spread across the globe. In general, people are very interested in healthcare and feel responsible for that. Unfortunately, because it's an old company, there's still a culture of white men running things, but that is starting to change.
What needs to change to make the company culture better at McKesson?
Culture is too "nice" - I think more honest feedback, which can be viewed as negative, needs to be more accepted.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better at McKesson?
Quality is mixed, too often people stay in central roles too long and lose touch of the business
