My director is a wonderful mentor and believes in work/life balance.

Find the solution to hires better management with human heart to keep the good employees.
Cooperation with employees, been here for 15 years and since Cerner, it has gotten worse

The team members that are good to work with are extremely collaborative.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Cooperation, don't hold back information just to make you look good. It would be great if they would play as a team, but they do not
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The position i work is remote
Nothing is positive. Computers are old and slow, desks are falling apart, building is full of mold
