The team should be more open minded, they should improve the communication skills. The team needs empathetic people and kind. Unfortunately, most of them are tyrants. People should learn to think about of the box, and to listen people’s need

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are only a few selected people that are "old workers" and get more privileges than others (and maybe there is a difference of 2 years of difference).
The salary should be calculated according to my performance and the status of my country. China has higher salary and this is not fair
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are helping each other, some of them are truly involved in offering support and help at work

We are bond together for the same toxic and abusive relationship
