The company micro manages, puts new rules to match what the expect of you. Pay is awful and the management worse. Nepotism abound, only family of higher ups can make it anywhere.

Not a good experience at all. Again, a poor management team that doesn't know how to properly communicate with their employees without being rude, condescending and sarcastic.

It is a job, not a career

Paying attention to how they treat their employees.

Constructed communication without being condescending, sarcastic or rude.

The leadership team needs to better recognize the talent they have instead of just having people use politics to get ahead.

All they care about is having bodies to do their grunt work. They need to match pay to similar companies and not expect everyone to kill themselves to make a dollar.

A management team that know how to communicate properly with their employees.

The company pays below market value where I live and they are not really good with raises.

The coworkers is what keeps people there.

Some of my co-workers are hardworking with good work ethics.

My co-workers need to be better trained by management before they start in their positions but sadly a lot of co-workers are more experienced than the office supervisor.

All we really need is some recognition for the good work that gets done. A small thing like maybe a lunch for beating monthly goals would be very nice.

Actually be trained to properly interview

I believe the interview went ok.

The whole company needs overhauled. They need to know how to treat their employees

Management should be properly trained on proper communication with their employees.

We could use some better 1st line management in order to have a better environment .
