
The company pays below market value where I live and they are not really good with raises.
The leadership team needs to better recognize the talent they have instead of just having people use politics to get ahead.
My co-workers need to be better trained by management before they start in their positions but sadly a lot of co-workers are more experienced than the office supervisor.
All we really need is some recognition for the good work that gets done. A small thing like maybe a lunch for beating monthly goals would be very nice.
