understand the issues at lower levels of teams and provide better departmental supporting tools, employees,
everything. most managers have no good leadership skills. And they do not appreciate good workers so the employees are not staying there for longer time.
Everything new management is needed they stealing time
The leadership needs to get better at handling employee complaints, relations, & overall knowledge

There needs to be more employees. We are pushed and pushed to get more cuetomers to meet goals, but other branches have less of a goal. If you work another branch and get a customer- it goes to them, not to you so it doesnt count which means they get closer to their goal. No room to expand
The company does Not Value nor gives credit to employees but only to their branh managers!

I for the most part I love the people i work with. However my manager is a product of the yesman Kool-Aid drinking cult. No dissenting voices are heard and nothing improves; for the customers or employees. There are great people who work here dispite the companies in ability to develop a brain!!!
