What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I lead my own branch. I control the culture in that branch and I am aware of the fact that the mode and atmosphere that I set for my team is the atmosphere that my customers walk in to.

We all get our duties done in a timely manner

The abolity to move up in the company.

The company is very welcoming!

The people are very friendly and we get raises often.

Walmart is sometimes not the best place to be.

Focus more on customer service and the customers needs. Not trying to push sales, its a bank not a car dealership
