have someone experience within an employee interview process.
Make sure the person interviewing me is the person that i will be working with
To see if employee is able to do the job, now days they just bring people who do not even know how to count money

I was judged for the way i left my last job regardless of any knowledge of my background story.
Stop lying to the employees to get them to work there.
I waited one month to hear back about getting the job. This seemed unusually long and did not include any drug or background testing. Those were an additional two weeks. The market manager at that time dragged her feet on everything, except sales objectives.
