How employees describe working at Medscape
its credibility and value provided
No day is ever the same and the people are lovely
Expect some 15 hour work days that arent planned for in terms of days just running into 15 hours instead of a planned quarterly business project that need a single 7am-10pm workday.
Large disconnects between teams across the company and between account managers and production teams creates a lot of friction and low morale. Decisions sent down from above without input from production makes it hard to do your job and leaves no room for growth or gaining skills.
Transparency would be a good start.
