What do you like best about the leadership team?
At the local level the managers are encouraging and work with the employee very well.
Not applicable. I don't interact with them really.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lighter workload, a sense of appreciation and considerstion from management, and or a compedation program that rewards drivers for their actual workload.
We have a big responsibility to get meds delivered and we drive long distances in all kinds of traffic and weather.
The fact we need to work double shift just to receive a decent check. Better pay, more bonuses and perks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Nothing to say, they cut corners.

The cooperation amd camaraderie amongst drivers is good.
Most of them are friendly.
We work together to get the job done
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Maybe meetings for LSRs would help. But management would need to listen, hear and then do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The clients we serve are for the most part, wonderful. Its what keeps me working.
Nothing at the company is positive.
Flexibility with the work schedule.
We deliver on our promises to each other and our customers.
At the office level, the staff tried to work with the employees as best as they can.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Value the strengths of your employees
What did you like most about the interview process?
One on one interview was mostly courteous and informative
Short simple to the point
Quick fast and self explanatory
Open and honest sharing so there are few surprises once one begins the on-boarding process
It was mainly a back and forth conversation.
