Good job if you like to drive ans be on your own. Management is friendly. You will be doing all your own followup on requests to management. Vehicles are not kept clean and management doesn't do anything to violators. Drivers who follow the rules carey their frustrations in silemce.

Great culture and teamwork at MedSpeed

Communication could be better. No meetings as a team so we can learn what is going on in the workplace.

Overall its an easy job (LSR) and you're not micro managed for the most part. The most frustrating thing is an uneven assigned vehicle experience. You arrive each morning hoping someone didn't take your keys/vehicle. If someone did, you get a spare vehicle with varying degrees of cleanliness.

LSR's/courier/driver should be paid more than we are. We deal with urine, feces, AIDS/HIV, COVID specimens and other biohazard materials. We don't get bonuses and our last raise was less than $0.90.

At the local level the managers are encouraging and work with the employee very well.

Lighter workload, a sense of appreciation and considerstion from management, and or a compedation program that rewards drivers for their actual workload.

We have a big responsibility to get meds delivered and we drive long distances in all kinds of traffic and weather.

The fact we need to work double shift just to receive a decent check. Better pay, more bonuses and perks.

The cooperation amd camaraderie amongst drivers is good.

Most of them are friendly.

Maybe meetings for LSRs would help. But management would need to listen, hear and then do.

The clients we serve are for the most part, wonderful. Its what keeps me working.

At the office level, the staff tried to work with the employees as best as they can.
