Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Lighter workload, a sense of appreciation and considerstion from management, and or a compedation program that rewards drivers for their actual workload.

We have a big responsibility to get meds delivered and we drive long distances in all kinds of traffic and weather.

The fact we need to work double shift just to receive a decent check. Better pay, more bonuses and perks.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The cooperation amd camaraderie amongst drivers is good.

Most of them are friendly.

They have a can do attitude. Focused strategic and compassionate team.

Maybe meetings for LSRs would help. But management would need to listen, hear and then do.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The clients we serve are for the most part, wonderful. Its what keeps me working.

At the office level, the staff tried to work with the employees as best as they can.

Nothing at the company is positive.
