What do you like best about the leadership team?
At the local level the managers are encouraging and work with the employee very well.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better communication, needs to listen to employees concerns and ideas. Don't wait till last minute to approve PTO, the PTO calendar needs to be available so that employees can plan their vacations.
