We are overworked at my clinic. They keep adding doctors but no staff to cover them. I'm often working multiple doctors and I honestly don't know how the staff does it. We are all always angry and alot of times we don't get lunch breaks. I wish I could quit but finding a new job isn't easy.

Nothing makes me happy at my job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The staff understands we have a job to do and we do it. We are a family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not getting a pay raise this year and we've been through hell. You can't pay us but you can hire more doctors.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No one listens to what the staff are saying to the fix problems. Hire more staff so that we don't go home exhausted and aching. Show more appreciation for how difficult it is for staff to stay a float everyday.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are great but we are stressed and overwhelmed. Why do the doctors have 89 patients on the schedule? That's just one doctor and not counting the other four that are there. We don't have meetings. I can't remember the last time we did.
