I absolutely loved my coworkers and the patients that I cared for at MedStar Franklin Square . Management however, can be very manipulative and they Well not take ownership for their faulty operating and scanning systems. They blame the nurses because it's cheaper than fixing the real problem.

The benefit package as a whole is very good.

Life Bridge has a more streamlined interview and orientation process then MedStar.
What makes you most happy at work?
Most of my coworkers are experienced, very knowledgeable and don't mind sharing their knowledge with newer employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They could start by fixing their falsies operating system and stop blaming the nurses and other staff members who are trying their best to work around a bad system.
