CEO does a terrible job running the company which is clear by our stock price and his ridicoulous compensation.
No longer feels like the mission-driven company it was under Omar.
Too focused on managing short term quarterly optics rather than the long-term health and growth of the company. The repeated end of quarter spending freezes feel reactive and financially engineered, creating disruption, delaying growth driving programs, and undermining confidence in exec leadership
