What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can't speak for all locations, but there is an upbeat air in my location. Innovation and cooperation is the culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
I truly like my job. I am not micromanaged and if I see an opportunity to improve my job, I can make it happen. I like to be busy and there isn't a lot of down time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team appears to care about the employees and patients. They stress integrity ethics. Benefits are pretty great too. Including the non conventional ones such as the variety of flavored coffees, teas, and water flavorings available (at least at my location)
