I work at the Tempe Campus and the leadership team there needs to match-up their goals with the mission and vision of the company. The campus is run down and there are constant restructuring. The executives in Mountain View need to take a serious look at the Tempe. Treat everyone equally and fair

It was okay and basic. They were disorganized.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Pay attention to what the employees are telling you. Quit ignoring them.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get to work with people who really care about the products we provide.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all try to do the best job they can, but are always limited by issues, lack of staffing or space to work in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay people for the hard work they do. Support your employees. Get them the supplies, equipment and facilities they need to perform at the highest level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Pay attention or get new leadership. Tempe needs to be overhauled. Value your employees. Medtronic has excellent medical devices, but their facilities and equipment must be updated to maintain that quality. Machines breakdown constantly and the labs/fabs pose huge safety issues.
