What do you like best about the leadership team?Everyone is accessible. You can talk to the "big wigs" at the company with ease and they are genuinely curious in your progress at the company. Also your career path and promotional opportunity is tangibly laid out so you know what you need to do to move up with in the company. I've never had that!
