Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Health care benefits cheapened year after year. Comp not keeping up and not competitive with peers. Equity grants have been reduced to the point of being trivial and token.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Toxic culture, hallway conversations make or break people's careers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Kick out the bullies. At this point that means kicking out Raj and trying to do damage control before everyone else leaves.
