I have not required it yet, but I know it is available.

They offer compensation that is fair and accommodating to my individual needs.

From a Business Development perspective, my base salary combined with my commission structure is a good balance.

To be fair we have a decent range of paid holidays. I think depending upon how technical your project is our pay rate and benefits may not be in line with other company's.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel i am not paid in accordance with the industry standard. However, the work load is more often spent out more than 8 hours everyday. Especially the past projects i handled, they were almost round the clock. No doubt i am capable of running it but i feel i should get better compensation.

I would appreciate more upper management support when dealing with clients. I also believe that after a very successful year of employment, I deserve a salary review.

I wish the company simply offered the most they were willing to pay me, rather than start low and have me work them up to where I want to be.

Per diem rates need to be reevaluated as they are below what the cost of food is currently.
