To be fair we have a decent range of paid holidays. I think depending upon how technical your project is our pay rate and benefits may not be in line with other company's.

Fairly good healthcare, vision, dental, and they do offer a 401k package that has a 1/2 of 4% match from employer

Good medical insurance and 401k
I feel i am not paid in accordance with the industry standard. However, the work load is more often spent out more than 8 hours everyday. Especially the past projects i handled, they were almost round the clock. No doubt i am capable of running it but i feel i should get better compensation.
I would appreciate more upper management support when dealing with clients. I also believe that after a very successful year of employment, I deserve a salary review.
I wish the company simply offered the most they were willing to pay me, rather than start low and have me work them up to where I want to be.
Per diem rates need to be reevaluated as they are below what the cost of food is currently.
