There is a very public mentality that everyone is expendable. To some degree this should be a factor, but it should not be the leading idea. Your employees should feel as important as they are to the company - both need each other equally and good talent & experience are difficult to find

Should invest in people instead of how many projects they overload others with. Burn out!!

Looking beyond a single email about an issue or task into the details the evolve over the life of that issue and task. As well as what the contributing factor is. It seems to be a culture of passing the buck and turn over.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

I feel i am not paid in accordance with the industry standard. However, the work load is more often spent out more than 8 hours everyday. Especially the past projects i handled, they were almost round the clock. No doubt i am capable of running it but i feel i should get better compensation.

I would appreciate more upper management support when dealing with clients. I also believe that after a very successful year of employment, I deserve a salary review.

I wish the company simply offered the most they were willing to pay me, rather than start low and have me work them up to where I want to be.

Per diem rates need to be reevaluated as they are below what the cost of food is currently.

My co workers can improve to be timely, team players, better relationship with clients, and wake up everday wanting to do a better job.

Team mentality instead of self preservation

Improve on privacy and staying focused on one's self in lieu of being in other people's business and being overly nosey towards when others come and go.
