- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Getting paid an amount that can reflect the company's earnings. The base salary is low compared with companies of the same level and the bonuses are low, even when they make talks about how much the company is earning. There's a lot of money here, it's just at the expense of the workers.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Culture almost feels like a performance where everyone is forced to repeat a script, which ends up being toxic behavior.
