because im a minority I don't feel included and I feel like a second option

more salary, don't make us fight for LTIs like we have to, stop being subjective in your compensation reviews

Compared to the marketing, we are below average

i feel that male peers of similar experience are paid more, while i am consistently given more work and greater responsibility
