Assume people are good and political beliefs have no bearing on job performance. Ie...hire the best candidates for the overall good of the company and not a diversity quota. It’s wrong to chose candidate based on their race or gender. The best candidate should get the job

Leadership is here to make sure that the share holders get more and more returns every year, even if that means cutting us jobs and shipping them to Costa Rica, Prague, Asia, or India.

MLT treats their team well, the layers at AVP and Ex Dir really struggle at managing up and don’t treat the directs respectfully or value their opinions.
