Listen. Be respectful of each person and the contribution they make. Ne transparent and make expectations clear.

I don't feel like an equal part of a team, but I believe each individual in the department does a good job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make good money for a Medical Secretary, which is what I am, but the work I do is more than a Medical Secretary should be doing.
