We work weil together. Everyone is encouragred to provide input and ask questions. We recieve a lot of feedback.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing is wrong. I just don't like having to work. I would feel them same no matter where I was employed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be more forward looking. Healthcare is changing rapidly and I am not sure they are preparing for the challenges ahead.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a nice place to work. The employee share a common goal of making the patient experience the best they can and find a way to earn a profict.
