An NA should be paid a little more. they normally have all the patient on the floor and are overworked and abused by their coworkers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The team could do better managing the floors, ie having more staff splitting up the patients in a better manner. Instead of giving a nurse patients all over the floor give 1 nurse room 1-4 a second nurse 5-9 etc.
