We do not always have a positive attitude because we are overworked.

We do not have enough people to work and the people above us are running us thin.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employee opinions are not taken into consideration. For the amount of times that we work understaffed or are asked to consistently complete more tasks for the same pay...we should have a pay raise!
