Overall, it's been a positive experience. But that's mostly due to the team I work with. I don't feel very valued, therefor, if I get an offer somewhere else, that pays more, or has better benefits, I will take that offer.

Doing what I am passionate about.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the employees treat one another with courteousness and respect.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a typical interview. Mostly softball questions. There weren't any surprises or "gotcha" questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think it's absurd that I'm required to use 40 hours of PTO (Paid Time Off) before I can access my sick days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I wouldn't say I like them. I do not trust them overall. They communicate that they are going to do something, then do the exact opposite. It often seems as if they right hand does not know what the left is doing.
