Too many direct reports; work on co-worker, physician, and patient satisfaction, but this is all put onto the middle management with little regard for their satisfaction. Initiatives change constantly so work done is not used/needed which decreases motivation

Patient care and satisfaction is the goal for all

A health system which has mediocre health benefits and zero health benefits for retirees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need better and more honest communication between upper leadership and physicians/managers/co-workers. Too much of a "boys club" in senior leadership
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A lot of talk about it being a "ministry" but it's not backed up. Decision making is all over the place. Strategic planning changes on a weekly if not daily basis
What did you like most about the interview process?
candidates must get through a screening "talent" assessment which causes a lot of applicants to not get through for one-on-one interview and assessment. This assessment doesn't seem to be as accurate or helpful as the senior HR leaders feel it is
