It was good for the time I was there I am not employee material so I was not a good fit but it did give me the push I needed to start my own business.

It is a very religious hospital.

The interviewer was very polite and actually acted like she enjoyed listening to me.

We all worked together quickly and efficiently to get our tasks done by days end.

working janitorial for mercy was great it gave me the insight and courage to start my own cleaning business
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of work and the amount of judgment that comes with working there is just not worth the pay
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not enough money being made for the amount of work that needs to be done and some things are just down right nasty and we don't get paid enough to handle such things,
