Structured. Organized. And positive reinforcement when things are going well.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Open to new ideas, willingness to change, desire to do what is best for the common good, which includes the company and community.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I know what others in roles above mine make and I know how salary is calculated. I work 60 hour weeks and make hundreds of thousands less than they do. That seems unjust.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone helps each other and truly wants to do that. We all feel like family and want only the best for one another. There is something special that I just do not feel elsewhere and if you do not have it, you will not last long.
